1. Booking Confirmation

• A booking is confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of a confirmation email or booking reference.
• Soundarya Safar reserves the right to reject or cancel any booking due to operational or safety reasons.

2. Participant Responsibility

• Participants must provide accurate personal information during booking.
• Participants are responsible for assessing their own fitness and health before joining any activity.
• Any medical condition that may affect participation must be disclosed before departure.

3. Itinerary Changes

• Weather conditions, government regulations, road conditions, natural disasters, or operational requirements may require modifications to the itinerary.
• Soundarya Safar reserves the right to change schedules, routes, accommodations, transportation, or activities without prior notice when necessary.

4. Safety Compliance

• Participants must follow instructions provided by trip leaders, guides, and organizers at all times.
• Failure to comply with safety instructions may result in removal from the activity without refund.

5. Personal Belongings

• Participants are solely responsible for their personal belongings.
• Soundarya Safar shall not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage of personal property.

6. Photography & Media

• Photographs and videos taken during events may be used for promotional and marketing purposes.
• Participants who do not wish to appear in promotional content must inform us in writing before the trip.

7. Force Majeure

Soundarya Safar shall not be liable for cancellations, delays, or modifications caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, pandemics, road closures, or adverse weather conditions.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Adventure activities involve inherent risks.
• By participating, you voluntarily accept these risks and agree that Soundarya Safar, its organizers, guides, employees, and partners shall not be held liable for injury, illness, accident, loss, or damage arising from participation.
