I understand that trekking, camping, hiking, mountaineering, outdoor expeditions, water activities, transportation, and other adventure-related activities involve inherent risks that may result in injury, illness, property damage, disability, or death.
These risks may arise from, but are not limited to:
I voluntarily choose to participate in the activities organized by Soundarya Safar and accept all associated risks, whether known or unknown.
I confirm that I am physically and mentally fit to participate in the selected activity. I have disclosed any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or physical limitations that may affect my participation.
In case of an emergency, I authorize Soundarya Safar and its representatives to arrange medical treatment if necessary. I understand that any medical expenses incurred shall be my sole responsibility.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, I release and discharge Soundarya Safar, its organizers, guides, employees, volunteers, partners, and service providers from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from my participation in any activity.
I agree to follow all safety instructions, guidelines, and directions provided by the organizers. Failure to comply may result in removal from the activity without refund.
By registering for any event, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and voluntarily accepted this Liability Waiver and Risk Acknowledgement.
